The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Handyman responsible for building maintenance and associated services to ensure our group's sites are maintained to the highest standards. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will support the upkeep and operation of all properties.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintenance Duties:Perform maintenance across all properties, including basic tiling, repairs, some plastering, and minor plumbing. Ensure all equipment is serviced and well-maintained. Assist the construction team with general upkeep, furniture removal, deliveries, and driving.
• Other Duties:Work at various locations as requested by the Facilities or Construction Manager. Communicate effectively with all staff members and perform additional roles as needed.

About You:

• Experience and Skills:Experience in the construction industry, full driving license (HGV preferred or willingness to take the course), and excellent time management skills.
• Attributes:Quick learner, self-motivated, flexible, hard-working, enthusiastic, and a team player. Demonstrates honesty and integrity, high standards of personal conduct, values and respects colleagues, works collaboratively, and takes personal responsibility for actions and service quality.
