Role Description

This is a full-time Front of House Manager role located in London. As the Front of House Manager at Yumtea, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. You will also be involved in training staff, maintaining food and beverage standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
