Senior HR Business Partner - APAC

KM4HR are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for their client based in Central London. Employing c.300 staff, with sites throughout Europe & EMEA & APAC regions, this customer centric SME organisation is looking for additional support at a senior level, reporting directly to the Head of HR.

Working across the full HR remit, you will be the Senior HRBP for the APAC region, collaborating as part of the Global HR team to deliver complete people strategies in uniform.

Key areas with responsibility in this role include;

• Business Partnering implementation & ongoing review of the HR operating model
• Talent Management
• Managing Risk
• DE&I
• Development and delivery of people led strategies globally
• Learning & Development
• Reward

As a key player you will need extensive experience gained in a similar role.APAC knowledge/experience is essential.

Similarly experience gained in fast moving, customer focused environments such as FMCG, hospitality or consumer sales is of equal interest.
