We have an excellent opportunity to join a leading London-based interiors studio, renowned for its exceptional work in the hospitality design sector. With a strong global reputation for delivering high-end, contemporary hotel, restaurant, and bar projects, this well-established studio is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to become an integral part of their team.
About the Role:
As Senior Interior Designer, you will take ownership of multiple projects from concept through to completion. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in every stage of the design process, including development, coordination, documentation, and execution on-site. You will collaborate with clients, manage relationships, and lead a team of designers to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple design projects from initial concept to final delivery.
- Coordinate and manage design teams, ensuring timelines and project goals are met.
- Produce detailed conceptual and technical design documentation.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Oversee on-site execution to ensure design integrity is maintained.
- Work with AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce high-quality design presentations and drawings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality design, must have designed and delivered hotel projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of designers, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
- Excellent client-facing, communication and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality, innovative design.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
