Lita Marylebone is seeking for a dedicated, enthusiastic full-time Bartender who values professional and

personal growth. The successful candidate will engage with guests and locals from Marylebone,

provide exceptional hospitality, take on responsibilities enthusiastically, and contribute new ideas.

With experience working in high-end cocktail bars and restaurants, as well as barista experience

being an advantage, you will work alongside a prestigious team of individuals with decades of

experience across all aspects of hospitality. This is a truly unique opportunity to grow with a new

company in London.

The Restaurant:

A modern mediterranean bistro with an open fire cooking, in the heart of Marylebone, London. Lita,

80 pax restaurant, short for Abuelita, brings a produce-driven, seasonal menu that celebrates

flavours of southern Europe.

Paying tribute to the tastes of southern Europe, our teams produce-driven concept honours the

seasons with a menu that will change frequently and a focus on regional produce, accompanied by

wines from a selection of small, biodynamic producers to well established European wineries. The

open fire grill, reminiscent of a grand chateau kitchen, is the heartbeat of the restaurant where Chef

Ahearne and his talented team will prepare each dish for service.

What you will be doing:

Become part of a strong team under the guidance of renowned Head Bartenders.

Work only with high-quality ingredients and modern preparation technologies.

Grow and develop by improving your skills.

Opening and closing shifts.

Preparing ingredients.

Preparing drinks according to recipes.

Adhering to service standards.

Hard Skills:

Knowledge of spirits.

Knowledge of classic cocktails.

Experience working in high-end cocktail bars and restaurants.

Experience as a barista will be an advantage.
