The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting staff in either the commercial,driving,hospitality or industrial sectors. You need superb communication skills to sell the excellent candidates that you have recruited.
You will need to build up good relationships with your clients by providing quality candidates for their business so they always return to you for repeat business.
