Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Management: Assist in the general running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of quality.

- Training & Development: Train junior chefs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Menu Design: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and innovate menus that delight customers.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Complete food hygiene documents to comply with legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with all staff across various areas of the business.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in kitchen management and team leadership.
