Commercial Manager

We’re on the lookout for a strategic thinker with a knack for driving revenue and optimising business performance. As Commercial Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of our hotels and restaurants.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop Winning Strategies: Implement a strong commercial action plan, optimise pricing, and expand distribution partnerships to maximize revenue.
• Drive Business Growth: Manage and analyse data to create revenue-generating strategies across our hotels and restaurants, including private dining and events.
• Stay Ahead of the Market: Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and adjust pricing strategies using yield management techniques.
• Collaborate with Key Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless and profitable guest experiences.
• Lead Commercial Projects: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and daily reports, while managing inventory and driving upselling initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise revenue streams across all areas, including rooms, dining, and events.
• Set and adjust demand-driven pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage promotions, campaigns, and exclusive-use pricing strategies.
• Oversee reservation management and assist with sales conversion targets.
• Lead commercial meetings and prepare actionable insights.
• Train and support teams to execute pricing and inventory strategies effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• A commercially savvy professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
