Job Description
We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for a temp to hire position located in Long Beach. This will be a hybrid opportunity.
Must have ADP Workforce Now experience
Pay $40 to $50 per hour

Key Duties for the Payroll Specialist:
- Processing the full cycle multi-state payroll for 500+ EE
- Responsible for new hires, terminations, garnishments and adjustments
- Must have strong knowledge of the US tax standards and payroll regulations
- Audit and ensure accuracy of payroll records
- Handle bonuses, pay increases, severance pay and vacation accruals
- 4 plus years of full cycle payroll processing experience
- Must have ADP Workforce Now experience
- Must have multi-state payroll experience
- Must have intermediate Excel skills including Vlookup and Pivot tables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
