Retrofit Coordinator
Hours
37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
Flexible working with core hours 10:00am - 3:00pm
Location
Chorley, Lancashire PR7 6TE (2 days per week)

Key tasks include
Provide an end-to-end Retrofit Coordination service of multiple concurrent PAS2035 projects
Ensure PAS 2035 compliance under ECO and any other relevant schemes, completing documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, installers and customers as required
Liaise with the government quality standard organisation Trustmark, certification bodies, and accreditation schemes to resolve disputes arising from audit failures.
Liaise with relevant technical guidance outside of PAS2035 where required to accurately guide and support stakeholders
Lodge Retrofit projects into the TrustMark Data Warehouse
Do you have…:
* Level 5 diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
* Knowledge and understanding of PAS2030/ PAS2035
* Construction industry experience such as working as a Contractor, Surveyor, Site Manager/Agent or Clerk of Works etc
* A good understanding of the principles of Building Physics as relating to the fabric of existing buildings and the potential consequences of retrofit energy efficiency measures
* A good understanding of a range of building services systems - particularly heating, insulation and ventilation systems
