Sales Manager

Join us at BioTalent as we search for an ambitious and dynamic Team Leader to spearhead our Quality division. As we surge into a phase of expansion, we seek a visionary individual to shape team strategy and drive our growth trajectory.

Your role will be pivotal in nurturing and expanding our high-performing team, with a focus on achieving objectives and fostering a culture of excellence. You'll be collaborating closely with experienced leader Dan Jeffrey/Nick Boyle and will enjoy rapid progression, coupled with earning up to 50% commission.

The Role:

• Lead, cultivate, and oversee a dedicated team in the Medical Device sector.
• Develop and secure clients within BioTalent and beyond, bolstering personal and team billing.
• Cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts for both your market and the broader team.
• Manage a P&L to meet and exceed business targets for your unit.
• Recruit, inspire, and train new staff members

What we're seeking:

• Proven sales management experience in life science recruitment or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in billing within the MedTech realm, with a focus on expanding client networks.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and fostering consultant development.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanour.
