About the role of Electrical Project Manager
In this role you will have the chance to work on an exciting high-end Hotel in West London, with a fast-growing MEP subcontractor.
Responsibilities for Electrical Project Manager
Measuring progress and resources required to meet project expectations.
Organising labour.
Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project assigned to you.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle.
Procurement of plant, materials & labourRequirements for Electrical Project Manager
Electrical Building Services experience operating as a Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
Proven track record of delivering Electrical projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Exceptional Electrical installation knowledge.
Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects.
