Tonic are supporting with the position of Recruitment Advisor for our client's award-winning hospitality business. The role will focus on high volume, predominantly entry-level positions across the property and will work closely with the people team. In this role, you will receive lots of support, plus excellent training and development. You will need to be flexible and creative in your approach to recruitment using traditional resourcing methods whilst finding new ways torecruit the best people!

What we are looking for in Recruitment Advisor:

• Previous experience in recruitment within hospitality is essential
• Passionate, bubbly and outgoing personality

• Comfortable working independently
