My client, an award-winning independent pub and restaurant near Blythburgh, Suffolk, is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead a talented brigade of 6-8 chefs. With a blend of elevated pub classics and a la carte dishes, this is an ideal role for a chef looking to make a real impact with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
As Head Chef, youll be crafting dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and excellence across the menu. Youll have the freedom to develop new menu ideas and events, with the support of a capable team. Beyond the creative aspects, this role offers full ownership of food quality, GP management, and supplier relationsall within a supportive, friendly work environment. Whether you prefer a 4-day, 4.5-day, or hourly structure, my client is dedicated to finding the work balance that suits you best.
