As Learning Advisor, you will shape the way that we engage and develop our people. No two days will be the same. You’ll be managing the end-to-end learning process, overseeing our Gold Standard apprenticeship scheme, and collaborating with leadership teams to build management capability.

You’ll find it easy to challenge and influence managers and help them think differently about how people learn. You will have a passion for learning, be an engaging communicator, and want to make a difference.

To apply for this role, ideally you will need to have experience working within learning and development and be able to demonstrate continuous professional development. A CIPD qualification is desired but not essential.

You’ll be joining a recycling company – we recycle scrap metal into new steel products. We’re the largest producer of reinforcing steel in the UK and one of the largest metal recyclers, too. We’re passionate about circular economy and working towards our decarbonisation pathway.
