We are currently looking for a Stores Coordinator who will be responsible for

• Liaise with the Facilities department on building maintenance and repair issues, and coordinate with contractors upon arrival on site.
• Racking inspections & coordinating repairs.
• Assisting customers and colleagues with queries.
• Supporting to find resolutions with day-to-day issues in stores.
• Arranging courier shipments of stores & non-stores items. For example, mineral site samples and repairs.
• Coordinating the transport of incorrectly delivered goods between sites and stores.
• Covering the Stores Managers administrative tasks in their absence

Youll find it easy to work independently and at the same time maintain strong relationships across internal departments as you will be liaising between our 3 different stores across our two Cardiff sites. Ideally, youll have previous experience working within Stores Administration or have a background within Warehouse. Whats most important is that you can pick up Warehouse procedures quickly, update documentations & records as needed and take the lead on queries to support the Warehouse Manager when required.

To apply for this role, you need to have your own transport available as you will be required to travel between our two Cardiff sites travel distance between sites is around 1.8 miles.
