Sous Chef Hotel

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a strong team in a 5 star hotel in central London

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will assist in the kitchen's day-to-day operations, providing leadership, creativity and training

You should have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining modern European cuisine.

Working around 45 hours per week.
