RoleOverview:

Theyareseekingapassionate,results-drivenSeniorSalesManagertojointheirdynamicteam.Thisisapredominantlysales-focusedrolewithasmallbutimportantelementofeventplanning,offeringauniqueopportunitytoworkdirectlywithclientswhileoverseeingthedeliveryofexceptionalevents.Youwillplayakeyroleindrivingbusinessdevelopment,managingclientrelationships,andensuringourservicesarepositionedcompetitivelyinthemarket.


KeyResponsibilities:

SalesManagement&BusinessDevelopment:

  • Drivetheentiresalesprocess,fromleadgenerationandprospectingtoclosingdealsandupsellingadditionalservices.
  • Developandexecutetargetedsalesstrategiestomeetorexceedmonthlyandannualrevenuetargets.
  • Cultivateandnurturelong-termrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingclients,ensuringhighlevelsofsatisfactionandrepeatbusiness.
  • Identifynewbusinessopportunitiesacrossthecorporate,private,andweddingsectorstogrowourclientbase.
  • Representthecompanyatindustryevents,networkingfunctions,andexhibitionstogenerateleadsandbuildbrandawareness.
  • Stayuptodatewithmarkettrendsandcompetitoractivitytoensureourofferingsremaincompetitiveandinnovative.


EventPlanning(MinorFocus):

  • Collaboratewithclientstounderstandtheireventrequirementsandprovidetailoredcateringsolutionsthatexceedtheirexpectations.
  • Assistwiththeplanningandcoordinationofeventlogistics,ensuringallcateringelementsaredeliveredsmoothlyandaccordingtoplan.
  • Overseekeyaspectsofeventdelivery,ensuringquality,presentation,andcustomerservicestandardsaremaintained.
  • Offercontinuoussupporttoclientsinthelead-uptotheirevents,managinganylast-minutechangesandaddressinganyqueries.


TeamLeadership&Collaboration:

  • Workcloselywiththeoperationsandeventteamstoensuresmoothcommunicationandefficientexecutionofevents.
  • Mentorandguidejuniorsalesstaff,helpingthemdeveloptheirskillsandachievetheirownsalesgoals.
  • Reportregularlytoseniormanagementonsalesperformance,clientfeedback,andmarkettrends.


Skills&Experience:

  • Musthaveexperienceinsales,withafocusonevents,catering,orhospitality.
  • Proventrackrecordofexceedingsalestargetsandmanagingavariedclientportfolio.
  • Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withtheabilitytobuildstrongrelationshipsanddeliverexceptionalcustomerservice.
  • Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprojectsanddeadlinessimultaneously.
  • Apassionforfoodandeventplanning,withanabilitytounderstandandanticipateclientneeds.
  • ProficiencyinCRMsystemsandMicrosoftOffice.


DesirableSkills:

  • Experienceworkingwithhigh-profileclientsandlarge-scaleevents.
  • Familiaritywitheventlogisticsandcateringoperations.
