RoleOverview:
Theyareseekingapassionate,results-drivenSeniorSalesManagertojointheirdynamicteam.Thisisapredominantlysales-focusedrolewithasmallbutimportantelementofeventplanning,offeringauniqueopportunitytoworkdirectlywithclientswhileoverseeingthedeliveryofexceptionalevents.Youwillplayakeyroleindrivingbusinessdevelopment,managingclientrelationships,andensuringourservicesarepositionedcompetitivelyinthemarket.
KeyResponsibilities:
SalesManagement&BusinessDevelopment:
- Drivetheentiresalesprocess,fromleadgenerationandprospectingtoclosingdealsandupsellingadditionalservices.
- Developandexecutetargetedsalesstrategiestomeetorexceedmonthlyandannualrevenuetargets.
- Cultivateandnurturelong-termrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingclients,ensuringhighlevelsofsatisfactionandrepeatbusiness.
- Identifynewbusinessopportunitiesacrossthecorporate,private,andweddingsectorstogrowourclientbase.
- Representthecompanyatindustryevents,networkingfunctions,andexhibitionstogenerateleadsandbuildbrandawareness.
- Stayuptodatewithmarkettrendsandcompetitoractivitytoensureourofferingsremaincompetitiveandinnovative.
EventPlanning(MinorFocus):
- Collaboratewithclientstounderstandtheireventrequirementsandprovidetailoredcateringsolutionsthatexceedtheirexpectations.
- Assistwiththeplanningandcoordinationofeventlogistics,ensuringallcateringelementsaredeliveredsmoothlyandaccordingtoplan.
- Overseekeyaspectsofeventdelivery,ensuringquality,presentation,andcustomerservicestandardsaremaintained.
- Offercontinuoussupporttoclientsinthelead-uptotheirevents,managinganylast-minutechangesandaddressinganyqueries.
TeamLeadership&Collaboration:
- Workcloselywiththeoperationsandeventteamstoensuresmoothcommunicationandefficientexecutionofevents.
- Mentorandguidejuniorsalesstaff,helpingthemdeveloptheirskillsandachievetheirownsalesgoals.
- Reportregularlytoseniormanagementonsalesperformance,clientfeedback,andmarkettrends.
Skills&Experience:
- Musthaveexperienceinsales,withafocusonevents,catering,orhospitality.
- Proventrackrecordofexceedingsalestargetsandmanagingavariedclientportfolio.
- Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withtheabilitytobuildstrongrelationshipsanddeliverexceptionalcustomerservice.
- Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprojectsanddeadlinessimultaneously.
- Apassionforfoodandeventplanning,withanabilitytounderstandandanticipateclientneeds.
- ProficiencyinCRMsystemsandMicrosoftOffice.
