AbouttheRole:
Myclientisseekingadynamic,drivenandproactiveSales&EventsManagertojointheirprestigiousteam,overseeingsalesandeventsacrosstwositesincludingoneMichelin-starredrestaurant.
Thisisahands-on,high-energyrolethatrequiresaprovensalesperformerwithapassionforhospitality,aknackforbuildingrelationships,andakeeneyeforcreatingexclusivediningexperiences.Theidealcandidatewillhaveexperienceinhigh-end,luxuryenvironmentsandthriveinbothproactiveandreactivesalessettings.
Youwillberesponsibleforgeneratingandconvertingnewsalesleads,overseeingprivatediningandexclusivehires,andmanagingateamofeventscoordinatorstoensureflawlessexecution.Thisroledemandsasalessuperstarwhocanhittargets,buildstrongclientrelationships,andelevateourbrandpresenceinthemarket.
KeyResponsibilities:
Sales-Oriented:
- Proactivelyidentifynewsalesopportunitiesforprivatedining,exclusivehires,andspecialevents.
- Reactivelymanageincominginquiriesandleads,convertingthemintosuccessfulbookings.
- Meetandexceedmonthlyandquarterlysalestargets,drivingtheoverallgrowthoftheeventsbusiness.
- Developandmaintainrelationshipswithhigh-net-worthindividuals,corporateclients,andeventplanners.
EventManagement:
- Overseealleventsales,ensuringtheyalignwiththebrand'shighstandardsanddeliveranexceptionalguestexperience.
- Managetheprivatediningrooms(PDRs)andexclusivehires,ensuringeacheventistailoredtotheclientsrequirements.
- CoordinatewiththeEventsCoordinatortoensurealleventlogistics,planning,andoperationaldetailsareexecutedseamlessly.
TeamLeadership:
- Leadandmotivatetheeventscoordinatorwhohandlestheplanningandon-the-dayoperations.
- Provideguidanceandsupportinsalesstrategiesandcustomerinteractionstoensuretheteammeetstargets.
ClientRelationshipManagement:
- Buildandnurturelong-termrelationshipswithkeyclients,ensuringrepeatbusinessandongoingreferrals.
- Actasthemainpointofcontactforclientspre-event,ensuringalltheirneedsaremetinadvance.
BrandRepresentation:
- Representtherestaurantsatindustryevents,clientmeetings,andduringmeetandgreetatevents,ensuringthebrandsluxuryimageisupheld.
IdealCandidate:
Experience:
- Provenexperienceinsalesandeventsmanagementwithintheluxuryhospitalitysector,ideallywithMichelin-starorhigh-endrestaurantexperience.
- Demonstratedabilitytodriverevenuegrowththroughproactivesalesstrategies.
- Strongnetworkwithinthehospitalityandeventsindustry,includinghigh-net-worthindividualsandcorporateclients.

- Exceptionalsalesskillswitharesults-drivenapproach.
- Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withtheabilitytobuildrapportwithclientsandstakeholders.
