AbouttheRole:

Myclientisseekingadynamic,drivenandproactiveSales&EventsManagertojointheirprestigiousteam,overseeingsalesandeventsacrosstwositesincludingoneMichelin-starredrestaurant.


Thisisahands-on,high-energyrolethatrequiresaprovensalesperformerwithapassionforhospitality,aknackforbuildingrelationships,andakeeneyeforcreatingexclusivediningexperiences.Theidealcandidatewillhaveexperienceinhigh-end,luxuryenvironmentsandthriveinbothproactiveandreactivesalessettings.


Youwillberesponsibleforgeneratingandconvertingnewsalesleads,overseeingprivatediningandexclusivehires,andmanagingateamofeventscoordinatorstoensureflawlessexecution.Thisroledemandsasalessuperstarwhocanhittargets,buildstrongclientrelationships,andelevateourbrandpresenceinthemarket.


KeyResponsibilities:

Sales-Oriented:

  • Proactivelyidentifynewsalesopportunitiesforprivatedining,exclusivehires,andspecialevents.
  • Reactivelymanageincominginquiriesandleads,convertingthemintosuccessfulbookings.
  • Meetandexceedmonthlyandquarterlysalestargets,drivingtheoverallgrowthoftheeventsbusiness.
  • Developandmaintainrelationshipswithhigh-net-worthindividuals,corporateclients,andeventplanners.


EventManagement:

  • Overseealleventsales,ensuringtheyalignwiththebrand'shighstandardsanddeliveranexceptionalguestexperience.
  • Managetheprivatediningrooms(PDRs)andexclusivehires,ensuringeacheventistailoredtotheclientsrequirements.
  • CoordinatewiththeEventsCoordinatortoensurealleventlogistics,planning,andoperationaldetailsareexecutedseamlessly.


TeamLeadership:

  • Leadandmotivatetheeventscoordinatorwhohandlestheplanningandon-the-dayoperations.
  • Provideguidanceandsupportinsalesstrategiesandcustomerinteractionstoensuretheteammeetstargets.


ClientRelationshipManagement:

  • Buildandnurturelong-termrelationshipswithkeyclients,ensuringrepeatbusinessandongoingreferrals.
  • Actasthemainpointofcontactforclientspre-event,ensuringalltheirneedsaremetinadvance.


BrandRepresentation:

  • Representtherestaurantsatindustryevents,clientmeetings,andduringmeetandgreetatevents,ensuringthebrandsluxuryimageisupheld.


IdealCandidate:

Experience:

  • Provenexperienceinsalesandeventsmanagementwithintheluxuryhospitalitysector,ideallywithMichelin-starorhigh-endrestaurantexperience.
  • Demonstratedabilitytodriverevenuegrowththroughproactivesalesstrategies.
  • Strongnetworkwithinthehospitalityandeventsindustry,includinghigh-net-worthindividualsandcorporateclients.

  • Exceptionalsalesskillswitharesults-drivenapproach.
  • Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withtheabilitytobuildrapportwithclientsandstakeholders.
  • Strongorganizationalandtime-managementskills.
