WHAT YOURE HERE TO DO

• Be proud of and keep your bar clean and sparkling.
• Serve guests their favourite drinks with a smile.
• Master the cocktail menu and mix drinks with delight.
• Manage all requests for drinks and work happily with the Front of House team.
• Maintain stock levels for the bar when on shift.
• Work closely with all other departments within the restaurant team
• Set up and close down the bar according to JOCS standards.
• You will understand the importance of, and pride yourself on, keeping the cellar clean andorganised.
• Hear some amazing stories from our suppliers and relay their ethos and passion to ourguests
• Work closely with the Bar Manager to ensure beverage stock is managed and accountedfor
• Ensure your guests have an experience that exceeds their expectations.
• Maintain the required Health and Safety and Jamies standards.
• Work to the highest food Safety Standards
• Remain calm our restaurants get busy.
