About the Role: As Junior Sous Chef, you will:

• Run events with flair: Manage canapé receptions, bowl food, finger food, and fine dining experiences, ensuring every event is memorable.
• Lead and collaborate: Work alongside a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Commis Chef to deliver excellence.
• Flex your creativity: Contribute to menu development with fresh, innovative ideas and a keen eye for detail.
• Maintain high standards: Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring top-tier quality across all dishes.
• Work flexibly: Adapt to a busy schedule with a steady Monday to Friday routine, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, plus regular overtime during peak periods.
