Learning Disabilities Support Workers needed in Dereham

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people and adults with learning disabilities? We're on the lookout for caring and energetic individuals to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care tasks like dressing, bathing, and using the toilet.
*
Ensure residents' privacy and dignity at all times.
*
Support residents with mobility issues and physical disabilities.
*
Ensure you monitor the health and well being of residents and report any changes to their health
*
Stay updated on residents' care plans and daily notes.
*
Engage residents in activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
*
Maintain cleanliness and order in residents' rooms.
*
Serve meals and assist residents who need help with eating.
*
Greet all visitors and communicate effectively with them
Salary from £14.53 an hour

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time experience in a similar role.
