Head Chef job New opening - Vietnamese Restaurant Central London

The Head Chef will lead the opening of a new restaurant and serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Central London.

The company has already an established, strong reputation in Hong Kong.

The menu is a carefully curated selection of traditional dishes, are crafted using fresh, high-quality

ingredients and age-old recipes. It will deliver an immersive dining experience that captures the essence of Vietnamese street food.

The Head Chef will receive a basic salary between £50,000 and £65,000 per year and negotiable depending on experience, plus other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage.

The Head Chef will have a proven experience in leading and managing a kitchen team and will

play a key role in launching and establishing the restaurant as a go-to destination for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef that wants to bring his/her vision and expertise to a vibrant new restaurant opening.
