Job Description
We are looking for someone with administration experience to work in a local high school office. Previous school/college admin experience is ideal, but not esential.
We are looking for someone confident and with the ability to pick up new systems quickly and able to be oragnised and work as part of a friendly, busy team i a fast paced school office environment.
The role includes:
* Answering incoming calls
* Greeting visitors at the front desk
* Strong administration skills
* Confident to liaise with others across departments
* Flexible/adaptable
* Ability to work in a busy environment
* Learning to work with exisiting management information systems
* General office duties
You will be required to undergo full background checks and either hold, or be willing to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check.
