Role Description

This is a full-time Marketing Manager role at The Zetter, located in their central office in Farringdon with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, analysing market trends, and optimising online and offline marketing efforts.

Circa £39000/PA

Responsibilities

Digital Mastery:

· Work closely with the Head of Revenue and Distribution to develop and implement paid search, metasearch, SEO and special deal / promotion

· Maintain and update regularly the website(s), including blog, landing pages, promotions and new assets, working closely with developers to ensure optimisation

Social Media Savvy:

· Manage Zetter’s digital presence by handling all social platforms, driving engagement through regular postings, handling of comments/DMs. Secure new followers via competitions, collaborative engagement and organic growth

Brand Ambassador:

· To be the internal brand gatekeeper for Zetter, ensuring the appropriate use of the Zetter brand internally and externally, with regular online audits and listing checks, for accuracy

· Be an ambassador, proudly representing our brand, embodying our values and commitment to our teams

Creative Campaigns:

· Using various existing tools (CRM, social media, guest review scores, Google Analytics) create and implement an e-marketing strategy to drive direct and repeat business, with enticing newsletters and segmented promotional campaigns. Stimulate new sign-ups to increase our database

· Analyse and report regularly on all marketing and PR activities, monitoring results, identifying challenges and suggesting improvements

Team Player:

· Assist our F&B teams with their exciting take-overs, ensuring promotion according to brand standards, across all channels. This includes organising photoshoots and creating menu templates for our seasonal menus and drinks launches and direct brand partnerships

PR/Media:

· Drive the PR effort, working closely with our PR agency, ensuring regular top publication stays in all Zetter properties including meet and greet with journalists and influencers during their stay, to convey the Zetter story as well as accurate and up-to-date information

· Handle all interview and photoshoot/filming enquiries for Zetter, maximising revenue and brand awareness while protecting brand integrity and minimising impact on operations

Requirements

· Proven technical knowledge : GA4, CRM, Word-Press, SEO tactic, Canva…

· Preferable experience in customer facing or digital industry in a similar role

· Strong organisational, time & project management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Hotel marketing experience
