About the Role: I'm recruiting for a contract position as an mid level Architectural Technologist for a client specializing in high-end hotels and commercial projects.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience with Revit (essential).
• Proven background in residential projects.
• Midlands based
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate architectural drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity.
• Prepare technical documentation and assist with project management.

Rate: £25-£30phr
