Accounts Assistant Job Opportunity In Swindon

Your new company
Currently representing a client who are on the search for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team in Swindon. The role focusses on ensuring sales and purchase invoicing is complete to a high standard.
Your new role
As an Accounts Asisstant you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Raising and sending commission invoices
  • Reporting - updating cashflow tracker and present in meetings weekly
  • Event reconciliation
  • Adding supplier payments to the payment run spreadsheet
  • Look after client monies held and update trackers
  • Review credit card transactions
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned operations teams
  • Manage finance team inbox

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in a Finance role
  • Good Excel skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong administration abilities
  • Excellent Team Player
