Digital Product Analyst - Hardware/Digital Solutions

FTSE100 FMCG Business - Birmingham (Hybrid Working)

Permanent Opportunity - £45k + Benefits


Our client, a prominent FTSE100 FMCG organisation, is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join their Digital & Technology team. You'll be responsible for analysing the performance of their EPOS systems including hardware and software.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hardware testing for POS terminals and digital ordering systems
  • Perform diagnostic procedures and functionality assessments
  • Investigate and troubleshoot hardware-related performance issues
  • Use device management tools to monitor hardware metrics
  • Create detailed technical reports of hardware test findings


Technical Skills Required:

  • Proven hardware testing and device management experience
  • Understanding of POS system hardware infrastructure
  • Proficiency in diagnostic methodologies
  • Knowledge of hardware performance metrics
  • Familiarity with payment solution hardware

  • Technical aptitude with hands-on hardware testing skills (basic testing)
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to diagnose complex hardware performance issues
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
  • Experience in hospitality or retail technology preferred
