Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the commercial development and execution at this exciting time of the Hotels future with a 9.5 million refurbishment imminent through the events and bedroom revenue streams and ensure smooth business transactions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication and maximise profitability with clients and suppliers
- Supervise office activities and ensure efficiency
- Conduct clerical tasks to support commercial activities
- Organise and coordinate commercial projects
-Participate in revenue and networking events
-Produce budget proposals and presentations
-Conduct regular SWOT analysis and maintain awareness of competitors
-Maintain local trends information
-Weekly revenue analysis information
-Develop the team in Revenue generation
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in team management and supervision
- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication
-experience in a similar commercial environment
-Demonstrate ability to work within a fast paced changing environment
