Job Description The Guest Relation Specialist is dedicated to our Anantara suites, ensuring a very personal, detailed and seamless service. He/She will take good care of all the guest’s needs, from the pre-arrival to their post-departure. With discretion and good manners, he/she will be seen by the guests as a competent and reliable person, projecting ownership without intruding. Our very first impression on guests is a critical part of a permanent effect and a lasting impact on their memories. Our deportment, behaviors, manners & etiquette must support the patrimony of Anantara, which includes grooming & non-verbal communication. Ensure all Suites and guest areas are properly cleaned and maintained at all times, according to the hotel Standards Operating Procedure. Inform and promptly communicate guest requests, preferences, or useful information to each department involved. Be knowledgeable of the hotel features and surroundings. Help and assist all guests in a friendly and educated manner. Show remarkable skills in anticipating guests' needs & exceptional attention to detail. Build rapport with guests and maintain interaction to facilitate guest recognition and obtain specific needs, likes, and dislikes. Ensure Anantara Brand Standards are met, along with etiquette and procedures listed by the LQA standards. Create “wow moments” throughout the guest’s stay at Palazzo Naiadi. Report for duty punctually, wearing the proper uniform and name tag. Maintain a high level of personal appearance and self-hygiene. Ensure a full & complete shift handover and maintain high communication & feedback among team members. Liaise with Housekeeping and Front of House team at all times. Set up suites according to guest history, requests, and specific amenities. Able to work any shift assigned by Head of Department. Assist and support Butler team with luggage & shoe treatments. Qualifications High school diploma or similar. Previous hotel work experience or similar. Knowledge of service skills. Able to work under pressure & follow directions.
