Comcast Spectacor oversees the Wells Fargo Center and its major transformation project, the Philadelphia Flyers, the Philadelphia Wings lacrosse team, the Maine Mariners hockey team, the Flyers Training Center, the Seoul Infernos OWL team, and Spectacor Events and Entertainment, a growing live events business that has already brought successful, new events to the Philadelphia area. Comcast Spectacor is headquartered at the Wells Fargo Center (WFC) in Philadelphia, PA. The WFC, the 4th most highly attended arena nationally and 7th most attended in the world is home to 270+ events per year, including the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Wings, Villanova, concerts, and events. Comcast Spectacor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast and maintains connected and disconnected networks within the Wells Fargo Center.

Job SummaryThe Account Manager, Membership Services role is essential within the ticket sales department, working directly with Flyers Inside Edge season ticket members. The responsibilities include the annual retention of an assigned season ticket base, support the development and execution of member benefit programs, events, and game night experiences and proactively seek opportunities to generate incremental revenue through relationships built with book of business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage year-round membership experience and achieve annual retention goals
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals which include upselling and generating referral opportunities to grow membership base. Other products assigned, but not limited to selling include partial season ticket packages, groups, yearly and nightly suites rentals and Adrian restaurant memberships.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of members benefits and unique in-game experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed account information in client relationship management system. Account information includes but not limited to: customer data, detailed notes on client interactions and other data points that pertain to improving the customer experience.
  • Execute weekly, monthly, and yearly service campaigns that lead to enhanced relationships and strong renewal and upgrade campaigns.
  • Working all home games and additional team events.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
