Job Summary: The Senior Finance Business Partner will work closely with the EVP of Operations and support the Revenue Cycle Management team. This position will be the strategic thought partner to the EVP of Operations and work on optimizing operations at Experity. Success of this position depends on being able to interpret financial and operational data and draw conclusions, not just compile numbers. This position will be expected to take complex information and communicate and present findings in a way that is easy to digest and understand. Part of this role will also be anticipating long-term challenges and trends, understanding implications of decisions and being able to translate ideas and concepts into practical applications.Responsibilities:Lead the Annual Planning process for your business units financial and strategic plan.Work with Revenue Cycle Management leaders to optimize operations.Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor performance in the business.Lead projects that provide new information to business leaders and gives confidence in the decision-making processBe an evangelist of data-driven decision-makingSuccessfully collaborate with many different stakeholders and senior leadership to identify solutions needed to meet their business goals and provide influential advice, insight, challenge and decision supportManage special projects such as strategic planning, business case preparation and M&A supportEnsure alignment between operational decisions and strategic initiativesReview, analyze and ensure quality of operational dataWork with teams to develop operational insights and make recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with cross functional teams and assist with ad hoc analysis and supportGather, consolidate and analyze key financial metrics and understand the root causes of fluctuations with Revenue and CostsMaintain monthly reporting materialsOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of related work experienceUnderstanding of general financial reportingAdvanced MS Excel and financial modeling skillsRequired:Experience with Salesforce CRMExperience with Adaptive Planning, Intacct and Tableau (Or Similar Product) Preferred: Experience with Revenue Cyle ManagementExperience working at SaaS companyExperience with relational databases (SQL, Power Query, PowerPivot)Budgeted Salary Range:$80,800 - $115,000Team Member Competencies:Understands role on the team and works to achieve goals to the best of your ability.Working within a team means there will be varying opinions and ideas.
