DeMATTIAS COMMUNITY MANAGER
The Adorers of the Blood of Christ (ASC), a community of Catholic women religious, are seeking a full-time Manager for its DeMattias Community at our Columbia, Pennsylvania Center.
This position will have oversight management responsibilities for a small residential religious community of engaged, independent Adorers, to create, cultivate and promote an active community life for the Sisters; to function as leader of Center administrative, financial, property and hospitality operations; to ensure best practices, efficient workflow, and highest quality of person-centered care; to supervise lay staff; to coordinate and provide automobile transportation, as needed.
Requirements: lay female or vowed religious with understanding of contemporary religious life and spirituality, preferred; education/training/experience in gerontology, pastoral care, counseling/spirituality, wellness and holistic elder care, a plus; knowledge of resident rights and responsibilities; exceptional computer proficiency and skills in staff management, leadership, communication, organization, and time/project management.
Starting compensation: $64,480.00, including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid leave benefits, retirement benefits, and free parking.
