We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Events Executive to join the Starhotels team on a full-time basis. The vacancy is a cluster role where you will be supporting three properties: The Gore, The Pelham and The Franklin
As an Event Executive you will be responsible for:
- Taking incoming enquiries and taking these from conversion through to seamless transition to the operations team
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Preparing event documentation and coordinating with other departments in the hotel and the customer
- Looking for opportunities to maximise revenue and drive repeat business

- Previous experience in a similar role is necessary and experience working in boutique hotels would be advantageous.
