Live In Sous Chef - 4 star hotel, Farnham Surrey
We are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef with a passion for this industry to join a well-established kitchen at this lovely hotel in Farnham. As Sous Chef you will join the hotels brigade of chefs helping to produce quality fresh food for their Restaurant, Room Service and Banqueting areas, leading and working with the Head Chef.

The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
- Driven and passionate with the organisational skills to lead the team
- At least 1 years experience working as Sous Chef ideally in a hotel background
- A flair for cooking, with a genuine love of food and a real desire to learn and develop your skills.
- A good understanding of all applicable Health & Safety legislation & experience working with strict Health & Hygiene regimes.
- Ideally have experience in events and catering within hotels
- Punctuality, reliability and a can-do attitude.
- The ability to work in a team in a busy environment, sometimes under pressure with self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven day as required.
