Senior Commis- Chef de Pass

Some daily duties will entail:

To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times

Supervise and lead junior commis team, delegating daily duties and allocations

Communication between FOH service and Head Chef

To ensure good communication with all colleagues and superiors

To maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverages

To service and be responsible for assigned section

To prepare BOH areas before service

Ensure all crockery and cutlery are clean and polished

Ensure linen is counted and bagged

To ensure the overall cleanliness and organisation of BOH/commis areas at all times

To ensure that all opening and closing duties are completed in allocated times to Company standards

Carry out any reasonable request made by Management/ Head Chef

To be on the floor in uniform and well groomed for the start of the shift
