Sales Manager, Hotel Near Woking
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager for a role within a beautiful 4* hotel near to Woking, to join the on site management team. This role is hands on and ideal for someone who is passionate about leading from the front. This hotel is known for it's ballroom, weddings and a wide range of events so you will need to enjoy the challenge of managing events of all sizes and backgrounds, including Conference, Weddings, Banqueting, Wakes and everything in between.

The Person
The successful Sales Manager will have the following:
- Previously sales management experience in a hotel is essential
- Experience with Opera desired but not essential
- Experience in Conference and Banqueting, Weddings etc in a hotel setting
- Passionate about sales, with innovative ideas to drive the hotel forward
- Ability to lead a strong, experienced, long standing happy team
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and nurture new and existing relationships with the companies clients
- Must be able to drive
- Organised, passionate & driven
