Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hospitality/PSHE Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching. This role involves creating an engaging learning environment, fostering students' love for History, and enhancing their communication skills. The Hospitality/PSHE Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and encourage critical thinking.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach Hospitality/PSHE Teacher, including being able to have the following skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to students of varying abilities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
- Organise extracurricular activities related to Hospitality/PSHE Teacher to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices and share resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
Requirements
- A degree/qualification in Hospitality/PSHE Teacher, Education, or a related field is essential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the English language curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Experience in teaching English at the secondary level is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and record keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on educational best practices.
