As a Supervisor at The Pelican , youll be a key player in the daily operations of the venue. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example to deliver top-notch service and ensure the team does the same.
• Supporting the General Manager and General Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Training and mentoring staff to achieve their best potential.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, licensing, and hygiene standards.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
• Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.

About you, our new Floor supervisor at The Pelican:

• Advantageous if you have previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality or a similar environment, We'd love to hear from you if you are an experienced front of house team member, a natural leader whos ready to take their next step!
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
