Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef in managing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of talented chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
• Collaborate on menu development, maintaining the restaurants ethos while introducing innovative ideas.
• Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on cost control and inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with Michelin standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen or equivalent fine dining environment.
• Expertise in modern French cuisine and a commitment to culinary innovation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and development.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary: £40,118plus service charge.
• 40-hour working week.
