Junior Sous Chef

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a, experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at La Dame de Pic, our prestigious two-Michelin-starred restaurant led by world-renowned chef Anne-Sophie Pic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist in leading and mentoring a team of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
• Contribute to menu development, respecting the restaurants ethos while showcasing innovative ideas.
• Maintain an efficient and organized kitchen, supporting cost control and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with Michelin standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fine dining kitchen, preferably Michelin-starred or equivalent.
• Passion for modern French cuisine and a commitment to culinary innovation.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary: £36,600 plus service charge.
• 40-hour working week.
