Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Salary: £16.44ph

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency and exceptional standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development, bringing creativity and fresh ideas to the table.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels, control food costs, and minimize waste.
