Job Role: Chef de Partie - Monday to Friday

A great opportunity for a Chef de Partiie to join this great team based at a site in the City of London. This is working in a kitchen that caters for Staff Dining and hospitality and events. You will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm, and there is overtime available in the evenings for events and functions and this is paid at 1.5X
The Chef de Partie will work in a small kitchen team of around 4/5 and be catering for between 150-200 on a daily basis. This will be a mixture of staff dining and some hospitality as well.
Ideally the Chef de Partie will have contract catering experience but we are able to consider chefs from busy hotel/restaurant or event kitchens. This role would suit a chef looking to move into contract catering and the work / life balance this brings
The Chef de Partie will need a solid career history and be able to work in busy environments. You will be joining one of the leading contract caterers in the UK so very good opportunity for progression and development are offered.
