Location: Teesside

Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + Profit share bonus circa 5%

The role of the Senior Internal Sales Accessible Washrooms will involve:

• Internal sales position, selling our clients manufactured range of functional and practical adapted bathroom equipment and accessories (products such as grab rails, showering, accessible washroom equipment and washroom accessories)
• The project teams primary focus is on main contractors, merchants & buying groups with a secondary focus on sub-contractors and specifiers
• Primarily looking to reinforce relationships with known contractors & merchants
• Expected to allocate some time of the week to developing new business and opportunities
• Stay up to date on current projects, who is working on them and how far along they are
• Project sizes from £10,000-£100,000 (average order value £20,000)
• KPIs based around: leads added, opportunities won, calls, appointments arranged etc.

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Internal Sales Accessible Washrooms with:

• Must have construction sales & business development experience

• Must have experience selling into new build hotels or new build commercial projects
• An attitude of embracing technology
• Self-starter, comfortable in a small company environment
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• IT Literate
