Key Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a seamless guest experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and hygiene standards.
  • Support the General Manager in budgeting, stock management, and ordering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
  • Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
About You:
  • Proven experience in an Assistant Manager role within a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
  • Solid understanding of bar and restaurant operations, including financial management, stock control, and health & safety.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively.
