We are looking for an exceptional individual to work at one of the City’s most luxurious contract caterer sites! You will be working in an exciting, corporate, free issue B&I site with no budget and complete freedom for you to best utilize your skills and experience. Within this premium setting, you will be working directly with the General Manager & Executive Chef to create a unique dining experience for the clients.

As the Assistant GM you will of course be a key member of the 40 plus strong hospitality team and the role will see you working hands on operationally to serve the 800 plus daily for both breakfast & lunch. The site has weekly themes that they operate from cuisines across the world bring a completely unique and everchanging dining experience each week.
