Real Estate Debt - Investment Professional (MD)

We're delighted to be advising a leading credit investment fund on their ambitious plans to expand their European investment team in 2025.

The fund boasts a fantastic track record and strong AUM growth following several strong years of performance. Furthermore, the firm have added highly-regarded investment professionals to the team, as well as grown internationally. As a key part of several growth initiatives, the firm is seeking to add a senior investment professional to their commercial real estate debt investment strategy in London.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• The origination, analysis and execution of commercial real estate debt opportunities across Europe, particularly within opportunistic/distressed/special situations
• Investing in a host of CRE assets - office, retail, logistic/industrials, hotels, student accommodation, senior living, data centres, etc.
• Executing a broad investment strategy across the capital structure - junior and senior debt, whole loans, preferred equity, mezzanine, etc.
• Expansion of the firm's CRE investment and lending sourcing network
• Working with a number of key senior staff to further expand the CRE investment platform - fundraising, hiring and team management, etc.

The role will suit a candidate at Managing Director upwards, and the successful candidate will require demonstrable experience in originating and executing CRE credit and equity investments at a prominent firm.
