The Senior Building Surveyor's Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to deliver professional and project services, with a primary focus on dilapidations. Working across sectors including education, commercial, residential, and hospitality, you will provide expert guidance to prestigious clients while driving business development and fostering client relationships.
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will also play a key role in mentoring APC-level surveyors, helping to nurture the next generation of talent within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality dilapidations and professional services to a range of clients.
Managing and overseeing projects across various sectors, ensuring timely delivery.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members through their APC journey.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have
MRICS qualified (preferred) or equivalent experience.
RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
Proven consultancy experience, ideally with a focus on dilapidations.
Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills.
Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative mindset.

£55,000 - £65,000
