Job Description

Foodservice Business Development Manager - Manchester Area

£40,000–45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Here’s the deal. We need someone motivated and driven who knows how to sell.

This is about winning new business – the kind that doesn’t exist yet rather than maintaining accounts or waiting for leads to land on their desk.

The Company:

You’ll be selling branded food-to-go products to end users in the Foodservice Channel – think leisure venues, schools, hotels, restaurants, and cafés.

The products? Quality, branded, and market-ready. You just need to get them in the right hands.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll find opportunities, create your own leads, and turn them into customers.
You’ll know how to position a product so people see why they need it.
It’s not just about one-off wins. You’ll build relationships that keep customers coming back.
What you’ll need:

Sales experience in foodservice or FMCG: If you know your way around leisure, education, or HoReCa, you’ll hit the ground running.

Guts: This isn’t a job for someone who waits to be told what to do. We need someone proactive and hungry to enjoy the wins and look for more.

What’s in it for you?

A £40–45k salary, car allowance, and bonus for doing what you’re good at. The chance to work with products that sell themselves once you get them in front of the right people. And the autonomy and freedom to make your mark – no micro-management here.

If this strikes a chord with you and your CV is ready, then click apply now. If your CV isn’t ready and you want to learn more then ring me (Olly) on (phone number removed)
