Night Receptionist

We are looking for bright talent to be part of the concierge team at Starhotels in London. We are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious night receptionist to join the Franklin Hotel team on a full-time basis.

Family-style management and a caring and considerate approach to our staff are the philosophies of our hotels (Collezione Properties).

The Collezione consists of the groups top thirteen luxury five- and four-star hotels, located in the heart of New York, Paris, London, Milan, Trieste, and Venice. Each hotel has a distinct charm, embodying the local culture while sharing the Italian spirit, creativity, passion, and high level of service that encapsulate the whole group.

Night Receptionist duties and responsibilitiesinclude, but not limited to:

Support Night Manager for the smooth operation of the hotel during nights

Assisting guest with their luggage

Running errands, such as delivering Room Service Order, collecting dirty trays, etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Hotel setting, ideally previously as a night receptionist.
